The coaches at 424 excel at teaching. From performing movements as safely and effectively as possible, to improving your ability, to transforming your body, we are here to help you move forward.

If you are working toward a specific goal, or desire individual coaching, we offer a program to meet your needs.

While the community aspect of CrossFit and CrossFit 424 is of vital importance and very impactful for us, we also understand that not everyone may be ready to jump into a group class or you want to add additional training to your program.

Your program begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your health history and learn of your goals.

The assessment phase may take one or several sessions during which your coach will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, and any limitations. Your coach will also work with you to determine your training goals and priorities. This information lays the groundwork for developing your training program.
